Our Super Hotel Premier Osaka Hommachi Ekimae is open as usual. However, Super Hotel Osaka natural hot spring, which is very close to our hotel, is currently closed.

Exceptional
Good location right by the subway with easy connections. Loved the onsen and the amenities kits.
Not much space for our luggage, we constantly had to shuffle.our 2 suitcases around the room.

Small room but great location and amenities
The hotel curates a relaxing atmosphere by focusing on your sense of smell. When you walk into the hotel, you will be greeted by a lovely scent. The shampoo and body wash also smell amazing. We really enjoyed the hotel's onsen. Although it could only fit 10 people at best (women's bath), the onsen was quite relaxing and included windows that provided a lovely view and fresh air. The location is great: a metro entrance is located right in front of the hotel, Dotonburi is a 10 min metro ride away, and a 7-11 is located right next door. A lot of amenities were provided: washer and dryer (not free), pajamas, a wide variety of pillows to choose from, complimentary skincare samples, pain relief patches, and more. The front desk was helpful. We appreciated their help in reserving taxis for us when we checked out.
The rooms are quite small with barely any room to open a suitcase on the ground. The beds are also a bit stiff and uncomfortable. The pillow included in the room is quite firm and beady, but the selection of pillows available in the lobby makes up for it.

Great Staff!
Staff is very kind and accommodating. The public bath has longer hours than other hotels, so I get to use it more often. Good location to station and places to eat and shop.
If you have heavy luggage, it can be a challenge finding the right elevators in Hommachi Station to get you to the hotel. You'll be taking many staircases to get to/from some of the trains there. Other hotels in the area are more convenient in that respect. Bathroom a little small, as is typical of business hotels. Guests should be reminded of behavior etiquette in public bath. One guy was splashing and almost swimming in there!

Staff, hotel spot and onsen were all incredible - it felt more like a hotel locals would stay in which we liked. Rooms w
Hotel was very easy to spot and nice rooms. Loved the check in process, staff were lovely and we got given some free soaps/facemasks or other things to choose from. The onsen was also incredible - I would book again.
Rooms are small but they do have everything you’d need. The pillows were very strange but there were lots of choices so you can change depending on what you prefer.
